Candidate for Flynn

About

As a 50 year old mother of two I am greatly concerned about their future.

As a hands on practitioner of my beliefs, I’m currently establishing an organic farm, reforesting and co-ordinating the building of a local Indigenous Cultural Centre.

My passion is to create a sustainable and rewarding life in harmony with the beautiful planet we all share.

I will bring commonsense, honesty, compassion, empathy and practical solutions into politics.

Coupling my specialised secretarial skills (including corporate level strategic planning, industrial relations, personnel and budgeting experience) into Greens policies, I have everything it takes to lead the seat of Flynn into a positive future.

Policies

The Greens Policies have ‘Come of Age’, lighting a beacon of hope in our current political darkness.

Public transport across the seat of Flynn is woefully inadequate. I’ll work hard to secure funding to ensure that this situation is dramatically improved.

Providing safe and affordable public transport systems brings communities together, lessens the need for private car ownership and reduces individual and community costs.

I will provide sustainable, reliable, clean, energy supplies to the people I represent. This will be paid for via a Carbon Price of $23 per tonne to Australia’s 10 worst polluters.

A vote for the Greens is a vote for a positive future.
