Candidate for Legislative Council
I am a local business owner, a 3rd year student at the University of Adelaide, occasional contract worker and a volunteer. I joined the Greens in 2014 to make a difference in how our country was being run after realising that the only way it was going to happen was to get better government.
I have volunteered in many roles within the Greens including South Australian Delegate to National Council and am currently the South Australian Country Liaison Officer.
Since 2011 I have worked and studied in the Conservation industry and am now back studying of a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Conservation Biology at the University of Adelaide. I believe the decline in biodiversity and our environment, along with climate change, is one of the biggest issues of our time and we need to act now to save it.
I stand for social justice, respect and equality for everybody and will be a strong advocate for people and fairness. I will advocate for policies that address immediate issues such as mental health, unemployment and the cost of living and lobby for greater long-term investment in communities and public services to provide greater opportunity and access to help where it is needed most.
I am proud to stand as a representative of the Greens and their policies for a protected environment, a fairer society and a stronger economy.
