Greens NSW Member of the Legislative Council Abigail Boyd is seeking a passionate and engaged person to join her team in the role of Policy and Parliamentary Advisor, working 4 days per week and based at the NSW Parliament office in Sydney.

The Policy and Parliamentary Advisor is a dynamic and varied role, including (but not limited to) coordination of Abigail’s parliamentary business, providing policy analysis and advice, developing and managing stakeholder relationships, writing reports, providing input into issues-based campaigning, contributing to policy development, and undertaking research.

The role works across Abigail’s portfolios, which currently include:

  • Mining, Coal and CSG
  • Treasury and Finance
  • Disability
  • Women’s Economic Rights
  • Domestic and Family Violence
  • Animal Welfare
  • Transport and Infrastructure
  • Youth
  • Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter
  • Climate Change
