Jason Webster, a Southern Highlands resident of six years, a cattle farmer and an IT and accounting specialist has been endorsed by the Southern Highland Greens as their candidate for Wollondilly in the forthcoming State election.
Jason is a renter and local resident and is keenly aware of local development issues including affordable housing, better roads and the need for improved transport.
From his small business experience, he understands the excessive political and business influence of many large corporations. Counteracting this is one of his reasons for standing for the Greens, who accept no corporate donations.
We will be seeing a lot more of Jason and the Greens as the election progresses.
