Hi, I’m Sujan, your Greens candidate for Prospect.
I’m committed to the Greens’ vision for real change, and I’m passionate about the difference that key Greens ideas could make in Western Sydney. I’m a community worker and human rights advocate, and have lived in Western Sydney for more than 20 years. I have long experience of working closely with local communities, which gives me a good understanding of the needs and challenges that people here experience
First and foremost, I believe we need an honest, open and inclusive government. As your Greens candidate for Prospect, I support:
- world-class public transport
- environmental protection
- planning decisions returned to the community
- ensuring our public services such as Fairfield Hospital, and our public schools and TAFEs are well-funded
A vote for the Greens is a vote which ensures that our public health system is properly resourced, that everyone has a place to call home, that students don’t rack up huge debts to get education or training, and that there’s a plan to deal with the climate crisis— the devastating floods, bushfires and heatwaves.
It would be a great honour to represent the vibrant, multicultural Prospect community in our state parliament.
