My question today is for the Minister for Roads and Road Safety, and it is in relation to the Napier Street railway bridge in Footscray. Minister, this bridge has been hit 43 times, and we have been very lucky that no-one has been seriously hurt or killed. In the past few weeks work has been done on the bridge to stop containers falling back onto the footpath or onto the cycling path. But on Monday, 6 March, the bridge was hit again, and the container fell back onto a car travelling behind it. Luckily nobody was hurt. When will the government step up with a plan on how to deal with this increasingly dangerous situation in Footscray?
