I’m committed to navigating the challenges of a growing city while caring for our neighbourhood's unique charm. We need to work hard to ensure that our inner-city is affordable and accessible to everyone.
As a public space and urban planning researcher, I will advocate for better public places and urban design outcomes. Increasing open, green and biodiverse public space and urban forests will keep our streets cool and preserve our precious ecology.
More Greens on council will also champion local vibrancy, and public ownership of community assets. We need long-term planning strategies and community-centred policies, ensuring Port Phillip's sustainability and resilience.
