A Better Connected Belconnen

let's make IT EASIER TO MOVE AROUND

Join our call to get more active travel options across Belco so you can walk, ride and scoot around ðŸš²

By signing this, you agree to be added to the Greens' mailing list for campaign updates, news, and opportunities to get involved.

How nice would it be to walk or ride around your suburb without falling over uneven pavement or being able to hop on the bus and quickly get to where you need to go? Or better yet, having the option between bus, cycling, and light rail!?

But instead we have the ACT Labor Government cutting West Belconnen from the rapid bus network and have no idea if, how and when they'll link light rail to the Belco region.

Not everyone can or wants to drive. We need to make Belconnen better connected so everyone can easily get around - whether they're going to school, work, the shops, the bus stop or the park!

We need your help to show the ACT Labor Government that they need to invest much more in active travel, footpaths, bike paths, public transport links to help people just like you get from home to wherever they need to go!

Fill in this short survey and tell us what needs to change to make it easier for you to walk, ride and scoot around Belconnen!

With your help we've already got the government to commit to a complete and direct active travel path between West Belconnen and Belco town centre!

OTHER BELCO ISSUES: The ACT Greens are also working with the community to Save Big Splash and see it reopen as soon as possible, as well as Ginninderra Falls - West Belco's waterfall on the Murrumbidgee River.
