  3. Establish four free GP clinics to deliver 160,000 free visits to the doctor every single year
  4. Make transport completely free for people who need it most so they don't have to struggle to afford a car 
  5. Abolish fees for all emergency ambulances so you don't have to worry about affording for care when you need it most
