Minister for Gaming Shane Rattenbury has announced the annual Diversification and Sustainability Support Fund (DSSF) Tier 2 Funding Round opened on 1 June 2023.
“Small, medium, or large clubs and club groups have until the middle of July to apply for funding of up to $250, 000 for projects and initiatives which help them generate income from sources other than gaming machines,” Minister Rattenbury said.
In the last year the Fund has supported clubs in undertaking the following projects:
- upgrading or adding new kitchen and dining facilities
- installing solar panels
- improving sporting facilities and
- construction of both a conference facility and an energy-efficient entryway with better accessibility for patrons with mobility restrictions.
Established in July 2019, this will be the fifth round of DSSF Tier 2 funding. Applications close 14 July 2023.
