Discrimination in the community will not end until we stamp out discrimination in the law

Senator Nick McKim spoke in Parliament this morning about the case of a young Tasmanian man who faced a traumatic and discriminatory ordeal following the death of his partner. We cannot hope to change discrimination in the community while our law does not treat gay couples equally.
