As a renter in Moonah, I understand how hard the housing and cost of living crises are and why action is needed.
Born in Japan and raised in rural lutruwita/Tasmania, my upbringing gave me a passion for making our community fair and inclusive.
After studying law and languages at UTAS, I have worked hard to make a difference in community legal services, environment protection, and women’s leadership programs.
I want to push Council to do more to help with the cost of living, make our community safer and more connected, lead the way on tackling racism, and prioritise local climate action.
