Andy is a youth worker who works in Karama. Previously, Andy has worked as a shipwright and in retail.
“I want to see young people thriving and not stuck in a pattern of crime. Just building more prisons doesn’t keep us all safer, we need a whole community response. Working with young people in Karama, it’s clear that they need great places to spend time, safe homes and support to thrive. We can get there if we listen to the community instead of doing more of the same when it comes to safety and justice.”
