This 10-week course aims to engage and upskill supporters of the Greens NSW with an interest in elections campaigning. The program is open to supporters of the Greens and aims to create active and skilled members with practical organising skills. In the 10-weeks, volunteers will build relationships, knowledge and skills while supporting the administrative needs of the party office and the NSW state election campaign.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
Support: Assist the Greens NSW head office and state election campaign teams with administrative tasks and organising tactics
Upskill: Receive training in Greens systems, organising strategy and campaigning skills.
Engage: Connect with a cohort of young and progressive volunteers, build relationships with Greens staff and the broader party.

AVAILABILITY
The program will require the following time commitment:
A 15-minute interview if your application progresses
Starting the week of the 24 September with an orientation session and ending the week of 10 December
Available one day per week (Friday) in person at the Greens NSW State office in Camperdown (Day TBC), 10 am - 4 pm (flexibility is built into this program so please still apply even if you can’t commit to every week) Optional attendance at self-organised weekend events (doorknocking and letterboxing)
