Allow Pill Testing in SA

DRUGS NEED A HEALTH RESPONSE, NOT A CRIMINAL ONE

Let's face reality: people take drugs. We need a health-based approach that will save lives and money, not more policing.

By signing this, you will also hear from us about our drug reform campaigns from time to time.

The war on drugs has failed. It’s time to allow pill testing in South Australia.

The SA Marshall Liberal Government is stuck in its punitive 'war on drugs' and 'just say no' approach to drug use. Heavy-handed police tactics have failed young people and the evidence is clear that we need an approach that focuses on health and harm reduction.

Greens MP Tammy Franks is calling on the SA Government to reconsider their approach to drugs and take the following action:

  • Allow pill testing at SA music festivals
  • Introduce a harm minimisation strategy including amnesty bins as well as on-site support services

Pill testing saves lives.
