Robert Simms MLC, Greens Member of the Legislative Council, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join his office team and help serve the people of South Australia in state parliament.
key responsibilities
▲ Assisting the Office Manager with correspondence and organisation of key events
▲ Undertaking research tasks and assisting with the coordination of materials for parliament
▲ Assisting with updating the Member of Parliament’s website
▲ Assisting with development of materials for social media and constituent newsletters
▲ Any other tasks as required
Conditions
This is a part time (3 days a week), 12-month contract position based in the MLC’s office at Parliament House.
The position is remunerated at 0.6 FTE of Level PAP01 under the Assistants to Members of the South Australian Parliament Enterprise Agreement 2021 – at a salary of $73,255.41 pro rata
