Hi, I'm Sarah Luscombe.

I’m Sarah Luscombe and I’m honoured to be your Greens candidate for Black. 

I have lived in Hallett Cove for 15 years and have represented our community as a local councillor for the Coastal Ward in the City of Marion since 2022.

I love this beautiful, diverse region, and am proud to be raising my daughter here. As a genuine local, I understand the issues that matter to people in this electorate, and will be excited to continue to advocate for them at a state level.

Our community deserves a representative in state Parliament who truly understands our local issues and challenges, like the cost of living, affordable housing, public transport and traffic and public education.

I am a clinical psychologist, with experience across health, child protection and education settings. I know how government systems work, and I know what needs to change.

If you also want change, the first step is voting for someone who will fight for you. Now is the time to show the major parties what we care about and take a stand.

Together, we can:

▲ Bring down the cost of living by taking on the price gouging supermarkets.
▲ Address the housing crisis. Freeze and cap rents, deliver low-rate mortgages, and build more public housing. 
▲ Take strong climate action to help protect and restore our incredible local ecosystems
