Hi, I am Sean.
I am running because we need a strong voice in parliament that represents the needs of our local community in Kaurna.
I grew up and went to school in Morphett Vale after my grandparents fled the second world war and migrated to the southern suburbs of Adelaide. I currently live, reside and work from home in the electorate of Kaurna. I believe there should be more Greens in parliament to provide an alternative voice to the current duopoly who both are lacking when it comes to evidence based policies.
I’m a performer and run my own children’s entertainment business. I completed a BA (Honours) at Flinders University and I also work as a research assistant for an arts project based here in Adelaide and another research project based at the University of Oslo in Norway. I am also a writer and composer and earlier this year had a musical work published which I am very excited about!
I am dedicated to increasing the primary vote of the Greens in Kaurna and providing better representation for the community on the issues of climate change, inequality and social justice.
South Australian politics needs a shakeup. Both major parties are putting the interests of their big corporate donors ahead of our community. It doesn’t have to be this way.
- Tackle climate change by supporting a rapid transition to publicly owned renewable energy
- Work towards ensuring everyone has a home especially during the pandemic
- Support world class free education from early childhood through to university and TAFE
- Fund world class public schools, hospitals, public transport and social services
I’ll represent our community’s values in parliament and hold the major parties to account. Together we can create a fairer and cleaner future for all of us.
