Calling Canberrans to nominate people with disability, businesses and individuals who create a more inclusive Canberra for the 2023 Chief Minister’s Inclusion Awards.

The Chief Minister’s Inclusion Awards celebrate people with disability who are leaders in our community. They also recognise the outstanding achievements of businesses, organisations and individuals who demonstrate commitment to encourage, welcome and support people with disability in their workplace, business and community.

Minister for Disability Emma Davidson said, “These awards are an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding achievements of people with disability in our community, and to value allies of people with disability working to change the world for the better.

“If we’re going to build a better world, we have to do things differently. We need people who see things differently, have different life experiences, think differently.”

The Inclusion Awards will be presented at a gala event on Wednesday 6 December 2023 and will feature 12 awards across 4 categories:

  • Recognising people with disability who are leaders in inclusion
