Our Vision:
Our vision is for a thriving post-covid community-centred around responding to the climate
emergency. We will:
- Focus on rebuilding a future for all of us after COVID-19
- Help the community reduce their carbon footprint through greater composting, recycling
- and other initiatives that involve the community
- Ensure greater transparency and integrity in council decisions
- Support local traders and small businesses
- Support better use of pocket parks and identify sites for more open space and tree planting
- Green and revitalise local shopping strips and devise ways to reduce the number of long-
- term vacant shops.
Now is the time to protect the things we love and create places and spaces we can all share.
