Melbourne train overcrowding worsens, again...

Victorian Greens leader Greg Barber says new PTV data shows train overcrowding has gotten worse in the past year.

"After four years in opposition and nearly two in Government, Labor still has no plan to reduce overcrowding across the train network,” Greg Barber said.

“Melbourne's 19th century signalling system makes trains unreliable and limits the number of extra services we can squeeze into busy periods. Fixing this is an urgent priority but the Government isn’t facing up to the problem,” he said.
