Substantial improvements made to Victorian greyhound racing industry, Minister says

Calls to intervene on horse racing deaths: Greens MP Sue Pennicuik used the Minister's comments about the welfare of greyhounds to push him on the horse racing industry. Ms Pennicuik questioned why the Government had not responded in the same way it did when the greyhound scandal surfaced.
