Ms DUNN (Eastern Metropolitan) — My constituency question is for the Minister for Local Government. My constituent has raised the issue of asbestos removal at the Eltham Leisure Centre being undertaken by the Nillumbik Shire Council. That leisure centre is located next to Eltham High School, and there is just concern about some residual risk in relation to those works. The constituent is making representations that that work be postponed to a time that is in the school holidays, when students are not at school, so my question is: would the minister make representations to the Nillumbik Shire Council to consider rescheduling those works to a period of time when it is school holidays?
