To ask the Minister for Agriculture and Regional Development (for the Minister for Public Transport): In 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15, on how many separate occasions did the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources have to appear at the Infringements Court?
ANSWER
On Friday 11 December 2015, the Andrews Labor Government announced that it would conduct a broad review into Victoria's ticketing enforcement and compliance regime to ensure it is equitable, effective and fair. The Review is being led by the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources.
