Mr Barber — On a point of order, President, on Tuesday I asked a question of the minister representing the Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change. I believe you ordered an answer within two days and I have not received that answer.

Mr Barber — On the point of order, President, I caught the end of what the Deputy Leader of the Government said, which was that I will get an answer when Mr Jennings returns to the house, which I think will be some time yet — certainly not the two days that you ordered in which the answer would be provided. I am wondering if they are defying your ruling or if there is anything you can do to enforce your ruling.
