Victoria needs a creative vision that also helps artists


The Victorian Greens’ Sue Pennicuik has had the arts among her portfolio responsibilities for more than a decade, and has participated in several pre-election arts debates. Pennicuik spoke with concern about the need to redress artists’ precarious working conditions, strongly endorsing the arts union's (MEAA) call to look at state-level solutions that expect fair practices as a condition of funding.
