Hi I'm Alysia 

I have a background in government, including emergency management and family services, and I currently study health while working in the disability sector. 

I am also a mother of three, standing to advocate for stronger services, environmental protection and support for regional communities from our governments. I’ve spent my life working alongside communities and through my work with local government, I’ve seen what happens when systems work well, and when they don’t. 

With all the proposed changes happening across the disability sector and the NDIS, it feels like an important time to be stepping into this space and continue speaking up for our children, young people with disabilities and families.
