I am a social policy academic and local Westie with a strong commitment to improving our education system, roads and transportation, and supporting our community to thrive. Most of us want to be able to enjoy our lives in peace, but unfortunately our systems are not always effective enough to support this. St Albans has been neglected for far too long, and we need representatives that are connected to the everyday experience and willing to advocate for better roads, education and public services.
That is why I am running as a Greens candidate - to advocate for people-powered solutions to cost of living, public transportation and education issues. I am also committed to being a transparent, approachable and connected representative - something that we have not benefited from in St Albans, but deserve as a part of a democratic system.
This election, vote Greens for strong, progressive leadership to advocate for real solutions for real people.
