I'm a researcher, science educator and renter with a passion for green, walkable urban development that works for both people and the planet. I’m keenly aware of just how important local government services are for residents, and will advocate for sustainable development, quality public services and support for those in need.
We must make key decisions now to shape the future of South Yarra. This means creating safe and walkable neighbourhoods, more active transport, preserving green spaces and building essential infrastructure for our growing population. We also need to fully fund and support disability services so everyone can participate fully in our community.
South Yarra residents have been hit hard by the housing and rental crisis. Council must play a role in addressing the rental crisis and supporting affordable, high quality housing that gives everyone a place to call home.
