hi, i'm josie
I am a mother, climate justice activist and unionist who wants to make our community better.
With a degree in Environment and Society, I will use my time on council to fight for local climate action and to protect our incredible local environment.
Port Phillip is a wonderful place to live, but right now too many people in our community are struggling with the cost of living and housing insecurity.
Council can play an important role in making sure that everyone in our community has access to the things they need. As a young mum and St Kilda local, I’ve seen first-hand the risk of losing council-run services, like childcare, and want to be a voice for young people and parents.
As your councillor I will fight to put people before profit, to minimise the privatisation of local public services, and to make sure they have enough funding.
Together we can make a more equitable and sustainable Port Phillip. Your vote is powerful.
