I am a local parent, teacher and artist, grateful to be living here on beautiful Djaara country. I’m also a union delegate and passionate advocate for workers’ rights and public education.

Our thriving community, precious environment and unique heritage are what make the shire such an amazing place to live. Each needs to be protected as we adapt and respond to the challenges we face.

Many in our community are struggling with the cost of living and access to affordable housing and childcare. Many are also deeply concerned by the inadequate response to the climate crisis at all levels of government.

These issues require creative, collaborative solutions and courageous leadership. I will represent our community’s progressive values and will put our wellbeing and environment at the centre of everything I do.
