I’ve lived in Melbourne’s south-east all my life. As a public policy professional, community activist and former Greens local councillor, I’ve spent years working on the issues that matter to our community like housing affordability, climate resilience and protecting public services.  Working on those issues with members of the community like you.

The South-Eastern Metropolitan Region ranges from Frankston to Cheltenham across through Dandenong to the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges and then south to Cranbourne.

It’s a diverse area. There are parts that are affluent. However, it also has some of Melbourne's most disadvantaged suburbs, as well as rapidly-growing areas on the urban fringe. Across the region, families are struggling with unaffordable housing, underfunded schools, and a public health system in decline.

The effects of climate change are further impacting vulnerable households and our precious local environment.

Meanwhile we have a State Government that is not acting on issues in the south-east including lack of public transport, gambling harm and the erosion of our green wedge. The needs of our culturally diverse communities are not being met.

I’m running to stand up for ordinary people and to improve the lives of those in the south-east. Join with me and help us get a Greens MP for South-Eastern Metropolitan elected.

We have won South-East Metro before in 2014 and we can do it again.
