Hi, I'm Mohamed.
Our community in Calwell has been taken for granted by Labor for far too long. We are ready for better.
For nearly two decades, I have dedicated myself to serving our community through various roles in education, the disability sector, and child protection. I have also been deeply involved in volunteering with Muslim organisations, advocating for social justice, and supporting newly arrived migrants.
As your Greens candidate for Calwell I will be the voice for our community and will fight for us.
When I see families struggling with the rising cost of living, young people burdened by education expenses, and our environment under threat from climate change, I know we must act urgently.
Like many of you, I cannot stand by while witnessing the genocide in Gaza and invasion of Lebanon. Labor’s refusal to put any real pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu while the IDF has killed tens of thousands of Palestinians is a betrayal of our community.
We need change, now.
I will fight to bring down the cost of living, to ensure our kids have access to the best schools and to stop the war in Gaza and Lebanon.
No longer will our community be ignored.
The Greens have a bold plan to take on the big corporations and tax them to fund the things that will make all our lives better. If you want change, vote for it.
