Hi, I'm Oscar
I’m a young renter and community activist who is deeply passionate about tackling the housing and climate crises. As an avid user of public and active transport, I’m committed to making these modes of transport easier and more accessible for everyone to use. I want to show young people that Yarra is the place for them and that it takes the issues that matter to them seriously.
With more Greens on council, we will advocate for public housing tenants, find local solutions to ease the cost of living crisis, and build more bike lanes and outdoor green spaces. My goal is to create a walkable and bikeable council area, reducing our reliance on cars, cutting costs, and helping the environment. This will also lower air pollution, making our community a more pleasant place to live.
I am dedicated to tackling community issues and improving Yarra for residents, workers and visitors alike.
