I’m a Reservoir local, a renter and love where I live in Darebin. As your Greens candidate, I’m committed to championing our environment and community.
In our rapidly growing area, we need to prioritise supporting genuinely affordable housing, high-quality and sustainable developments while preserving green spaces and amenities.
It’s high time to improve the transparency and participation in our council, and I am a practical and outcome driven person. While our community expands, our leadership must keep up.
We need to take local-level climate action seriously. I’m committed to the protection of Edwardes lake and improving the tree canopy to keep our city cool and green. Reservoir urgently needs more green spaces. I will push to expand our parks, build more safe bike lanes and footpaths while supporting local wildlife and biodiversity.
