Hi, I'm Payal

I’m a local candidate with the skills to take action. I’ve called Australia home for 33 years, having migrated with my family in 1991 and built a career as a leader in technology, transformation and family violence, breaking barriers as an Indian single mum in a male-dominated industry.

My experience spans management consulting, IT strategy, account management and implementation across a range of leading organisations, sectors and geographies. I’ve also contributed to significant policy reforms, including providing multicultural perspectives to the Frankston Specialist Family Violence Court. I want to bring this same drive to tackle the issues of affordable housing, cost-of-living pressures, better public infrastructure, and support for migrants and refugees.

I’m ready to represent our community and fight for solutions that ensure everyone can thrive in the southeast. Change won’t happen overnight, but the first step is voting for someone who will fight for it. Vote 1 Greens.
