Secure and Appropriate housing for women and children escaping domestic violence

2016-02-02

The findings of the Senate Economics Committee Inquiry into Housing Affordability tabled May 2015 contained 40 recommendations. The government only supported 9 of them. They included to commit to ensuring adequate funding so that women and children escaping domestic violence are housed in secure and appropriate housing. So what have they done about it?
