Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a unionist, queer activist, and I’m excited to be one of your Greens candidates for the Legislative Council this state election.
I've been a community activist and advocate for over 10 years, with deep roots and connections in the LGBTQIA+ community and involvement with the union movement. As a queer activist, I've worked on a range of issues supporting our community, including rallies pushing for the government to enact legislative change, opinion pieces, media backgrounding and social media organising.
This election we have a real opportunity to get more Greens into parliament to push the government further and faster on issues that matter to us, like urgent action on the cost of living, housing, LGBTQIA+ law reform and climate crises.
A better future for WA is possible – but we have to make it happen together.
