Hi, I’m Peter and I’m thrilled to be your Greens candidate for Central Wheatbelt at the upcoming state election!
I’m a union organiser and have been a Wheatbelt resident for over 40 years. In that time I’ve been involved in bushfire prevention and mitigation, and I’ve seen first hand the role of climate change in declining rainfall and increased fire activity. This fire activity threatens key agricultural areas in the Wheatbelt, threatening livelihoods and food supply.
This election we have a real opportunity to get more Greens into parliament to push the government further and faster on issues that matter to us, like urgent action on the cost of living, housing and climate crises.
A better future for WA is possible – but we have to make it happen together.
If you want change, you have to vote for it.
See you out there!
