Hey, I'm Isabel and I'm excited to be running for the seat of Canberra in the upcoming federal election for the ACT Greens! I'm a PhD candidate, social sector worker and LGBTIQA+ advocate.

Canberrans are people who care about each other, about the beautiful and precious environment that we get to live in, they care about inequality.

Because of this, I reckon Canberrans want a member of parliament who has the capacity to serve them in these values.

For too long Labor has taken Canberra for granted, and in this term alone has approved new coal and gas projects, failed to address the housing crisis and refused to raise the rate of Jobseeker.

By voting Greens into parliament, Canberrans can have a representative who will tackle the climate and cost of living crises, and reflect the progressive values of our electorate.

Some things I'm fighting for

FIX THE COST OF LIVING - Tax big corporations, fund services we all need

TACKLE THE HOUSING CRISIS – so renters, mortgage holders and first home buyers have a chance

STRONG ENVIRONMENT & CLIMATE ACTION – No new coal, gas or nuclear, end native forest logging

Labor and the Liberals are funded by big corporations including banks, coal & gas corporations & property developers. The Greens are not. Our community comes first.
