This Monday

Senator Christine Milne

Last week two of the most reliable and reputable scientific institutions in America reported that the planet was heating up — and 2014 broke all the records as the hottest year our planet has ever experienced.

We can't rely on a government addicted to coal to take strong action on climate change — but we can build a movement of Australians that this government cannot ignore.

Next Monday is Australia Day — which, for many Australians — means friends, family and BBQs. It also means the opportunity to have a conversation about climate change.

Will you pledge to have a climate conversation on January 26th?

We'll give you everything you need—- a climate conversation guide, some updated facts and figures about climate impacts in your areas... even some climate drink stickers you can print out and stick on the guests' glasses!

2015 is the year we Take the Power Back. We need to start now.

Thank you for taking action for our climate,

Christine Milne

PS - Feeling nervous about how a climate conversation will be received at your BBQ? That's exactly why we've prepared our Conversation Guide with tips and tricks to keep the conversation on track and productive. Sign up to have a climate conversation and check out the climate pack we've put together for your BBQ.
